What happens if I go over 15 walks on the free plan?
We'll let you know you're approaching the limit and give you the option to upgrade. We'll never cut you off mid-walk.
Can I add more than 10 walkers on the Team plan?
Yes. Contact us for custom Team pricing if your operation has more than 10 walkers. We'll build a plan that fits your needs.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts. All paid plans are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime. We believe you'll stay because you love the product.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Clients receive walk updates, photos, and GPS routes via a web link — no app install required. The Team plan adds an optional branded client portal.
Is my data secure?
