We believe every walk should count
WalkOps Companion started with a simple observation: professional dog walkers deliver incredible care, but their tools haven't kept up. Scattered notes, manual scheduling, and silence between walks shouldn't be the norm.

From frustration to a purpose-built platform
Our founders spent years in the pet-care industry and saw the same pattern everywhere: talented walkers drowning in admin work. Scheduling lived in spreadsheets. Dog notes were pinned to refrigerators. Client updates were an afterthought squeezed in at 9 PM.
We set out to change that. We shadowed solo walkers, joined multi-walker teams on their routes, and interviewed hundreds of pet parents. The insights shaped every pixel of WalkOps Companion — a platform that finally treats dog walking like the professional service it is.
Today, WalkOps Companion helps walkers schedule smarter, track every walk with GPS, and deliver polished reports without breaking stride. Because when admin gets out of the way, walkers do what they do best: give every dog the best walk of their day.
What drives us every day
Our mission is to empower professional dog walkers with technology that is as reliable, caring, and energetic as they are.
Dogs First, Always
Every feature we build starts with one question: does this lead to better care for the dogs? Technology should enhance the walker-dog relationship, never distract from it.
Simplicity in the Field
Our users work outside, often with leashes in both hands. We design for one-thumb navigation, rain or shine, and test every screen with gloves on.
Built with the Community
We co-create with walkers. Our feature roadmap is shaped by real feedback from real professionals — not conference-room assumptions.
Transparency & Trust
From honest pricing to clear data practices, we believe trust is earned through transparency. Your clients trust you with their pets — you can trust us with your business.
